On Your Way to 140k!
It won’t get you a private box at the footy, but our TAFE wage will help you cover the essentials while completing your shortened 8-10 week training program.
Once signed off, that’s it, you’re done with the paperwork, and it’s off to your new employer to work on the big gear!
During your first year of work, you’ll earn a six-figure salary!

Individual Training Help

And while our TAFE program is designed to get you on-site and earning The Big Bucks fast, it can make for a learning storm.
Over the initial period, you’ll develop the skills you need to succeed in Mining, but it can be tricky sometimes, and no one wants to be left behind.
Rest assured, we’re with you from start to finish once you’re part of our family.
With your team for support, including expert trainers, your peer group and Blue Tongue, you’ll have a new Trade Qualification in no time.
For the things you need extra time or help with, your team will be on hand to guide you through.
Trading-Up in a practical work environment means getting hands-on with some of the equipment you’ll be maintaining to build a solid understanding.
