Our International Talent Program allows us to solve Australia’s critical skills shortages by employing and sponsoring talented overseas workers for our domestic Tier-1 clients.

Our International Track Record:

In 2005, Blue Tongue began hiring top Diesel Mechanics from Africa to service Western Australia’s mining sector. Since then, we’ve secured more than 900 specialist tradespeople from multiple countries to meet industry demand for technical skills.

Blue Tongue is one of a few Australian companies to gain government approval for three Labour Agreements with the Commonwealth Government over the last 13 years consecutively. This achievement demonstrates our expertise in global sourcing, hiring projects and solving critical shortages of mobile plant technicians in the mining industry.
