This is an exciting opportunity for experienced electricians to step into a leadership role, supervising electrical crews across Western Australia while building strong relationships with site managers and maintenance teams.
Duties:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 5–15 qualified electricians across WA mining projects
- Coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site managers and maintenance supervisors
- Assist with securing ongoing work opportunities and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Oversee crew performance, quality, productivity and compliance with site standards
- Mentor, train and develop electricians within your team
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work complies with industry and site requirements
- Support continuous improvement across maintenance operations
Skills and Experience Required:
- Trade-qualified Electrician
- Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in the electrical industry, preferably within mining
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing electrical teams
- Experience supervising or working with multicultural crews
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
