Recruit & Hire
We source, select, hire, and start paying our A-grade workforce. They are on our books throughout the Up-Skill program. Blue Tongue takes the capital risk on this so our clients don’t have to.
We work with our chosen RTO partners to design and build specialised programs that leverage off the existing skill set of our workforce to fast-track their trade upgrade. A custom simulated work environment ensures the workforce gains additional practical experience in an industry setting for true job readiness.
We handle all the onboarding and mobilisation requirements to get the workforce operational at your site.
The specialised, Up-Skilled workforce, still on Blue Tongue’s payroll, delivers quality work for you on site for a period
of time until they receive their additional qualification.
Transfer To Client
After a set period of time on site, your workforce gains an additional trade qualification and are ready to transfer to you. Now you have a Dual Trade Qualified mechanic or electrician working directly for you as a full-time employee, and one who already has experience on your site.
