Tully has over 22 years of experience in professional services in HR, recruitment, on-hire, group training and workforce development. Tully has spent his entire career working with Australian businesses that have long term trade skills shortages and or productivity issues based around skills.
Having graduated from La Trobe University BA (Eco, Politics) in 1995, Tully had exposure to industry in industrial relations with Sheldon Young Consulting. He then went on to work for the on-hire personnel sector in business development.
Kathy is CPA qualified and holds a Bachelor of Economics with over twenty years’ experience across industries such as Information Technology, and Professional Service industries. Joining the Blue Tongue Team in 2009, Kathy has managed the financial and commercial aspects of the organisation.
Over the last 10 years at the helm with Blue Tongue in a financial, risk management and operations capacity, Kathy has had both strategic and grass roots level experience as the business has grown to a medium sized business.
Paul has an extensive background spanning over 11 years across the On-hire sector. His career has been focused on providing workforce solutions to clients and industry groups through local and international recruitment and local, Indigenous and international HR programs for Australian industry.
In more recent times Paul has played a key role in executing and managing Blue Tongue’s Managed Up-Skill Group training business over the last 6 years. His commitment to client relationships with the mining and heavy transport sector and his genuine passion for program integrity is exemplary.
