Our HR team takes pride in solving problems rather than pushing them back to the business. 

We measure our workforce management performance by tracking our employee retention rate. Our retention rate has remained above 90% for the life of our programs for over 7 years and almost all our employees transition to direct employment with our clients. This level of retention provides our clients with a tangible reduction in the true costs related to replacement of employees. Consequently, this is a real saving for our clients in recruitment, medicals, VOC’s, on boarding and retraining of new staff. In addition our employment lifecycle approach delivers an improved culture that drives productivity gains.
